Saxon AI (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) uses your Personal Data to provide and improve the Project Health Agent. By using the Project Health Agent, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
The Project Health Agent is a Microsoft Copilot Studio-based conversational AI agent embedded in the L&T Eye Portal. It enables Project Managers and Construction Management teams to query project health data using natural language. The Agent provides real-time aggregated insights from the Chilka 4.0 Data Lake, OLTP Staging, and EIP systems, covering over 450 project health KPIs across cost, schedule, quality, resource, procurement, and risk dimensions. The NLP engine translates plain-English questions into structured queries, routes them to the appropriate data source, and returns contextual, comparative responses — all within a chat interface.

The Project Health Agent integrates with the following systems and data sources to deliver its functionality:

Data exchanged with these systems is governed by your organisation’s existing data processing agreements, security policies, and access controls. Saxon AI does not independently store data from these systems beyond what is necessary for session-level processing and diagnostic logging.
Project health KPI data is sourced in real time from Chilka 4.0, OLTP Staging, and EIP systems and is not stored by the Agent beyond the session. User feedback and interaction logs are retained for a maximum of 90 days for NLP model refinement and diagnostic purposes, unless a longer retention period is required by law or contractual obligation.
Your information, including Personal Data, may be processed at Saxon AI’s operating offices and in other locations where the parties involved in processing are situated. This may involve transferring your data to computers located outside your state, province, country, or other governmental jurisdiction where data protection laws may differ.
Your consent to this Privacy Policy followed by your submission of such information represents your agreement to that transfer. Saxon AI will take all steps reasonably necessary to ensure that your data is treated securely and in accordance with this Privacy Policy, and no transfer of your Personal Data will take place to an organisation or a country unless there are adequate controls in place.
Saxon AI may disclose your Personal Data under the following circumstances:
Business Transactions: If Saxon AI is involved in a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, your Personal Data may be transferred. We will provide notice before your Personal Data is transferred and becomes subject to a different Privacy Policy.
