Enhancing project oversight at India’s largest power utility with Copilot agent 

The customer approached Saxon to simplify how project status information was consolidated and reviewed across the organization. We assessed their existing reporting process, technology landscape, and governance requirements, and identified an AI copilot agent as the most practical solution.  

The copilot was designed with privacy, security, and data governance at the core, fully aligned with the customer’s internal policies and compliance guidelines. Built using Copilot Studio and secured by Microsoft’s enterprise-grade security framework, the solution ensures controlled access, auditability, and responsible use of AI across the organization.
