From case briefings, court filings, contracts, to vendor invoices – tons of documents move around the firm every day. Each document, throughout its lifecycle, goes through several stages involving different stakeholders.

Individually, everyone from partners to paralegals was handling their own documents. They create docs on their local devices and share with respective stakeholders over emails, Microsoft Teams, or WhatsApp. These documents would be shared in their personal OneDrive folders or be lying around in the local devices.

But when they looked at the organization-level document management, the firm identified the elephant in the room.
