Looking for a Director of Tech join our Applied AI or Modern Enterprise Apps practice, for helping shape and execute strategies that impact and grow SAXONAI’s innovation, solutions, and revenue in strategic accounts across multiple industries. To be successful you will possess the ability to engage senior level decision makers and exhibit strong leadership qualities necessary for building trust with each of them, making relevant technology solution recommendations, and sound knowledge leveraging low code platforms, Cloud Cognitive Services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prior experience in consulting
- Contribute to and support the execution of the client expansion plan
- Serve as a lead architect over world-class industry solutions, assist in the creation of compelling assets that support new sales pursuits, and guide delivery teams towards profitable technology deployments for our clients
- Lead pursuits, understand and clearly articulate business problems, and develop solutions
- Initiate and develop senior-level contacts including C-level contacts, but able to build relationships at all levels within target client organizations, including lower and middle managers, and business and technical staff. Build on existing contacts and relationships with current and targeted clients
- Establish trust, confidence, and partnership for the purpose of identifying and capture of new business opportunities
- Review market analyses to determine customer needs, price schedules, customer investment, and discount rates. Upsell current clients
- Engage in new sales pursuits, whiteboard sessions, and innovation briefings
- Work with staffing and recruiting to build high-performance delivery teams for your clients
- Identify account risks and develop/implement remediation plans
- Identify business and technical opportunities for SAXONAI to exploit
- Provide technical thought leadership across client portfolio
- Build client & alliance technical relationships
- Provide technical aspects of solution proposals, SOW, and estimation
- Understand and represent SAXONAI Product Services leading to client acquisition and development
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, or equivalent work experience
- 12+ years’ experience managing client relationships in an agency or professional services
- Expert Cloud and Data infrastructure experience in Azure
- Experience in migration and modernization of application portfolios; proficient in modern cloud architectures, data platform concepts, and the supporting technologies that support IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS solutions
- Deep technical understanding of modern software development
- In-depth Microsoft stack knowledge
- Excellent research and analytical skills
- Excellent presentation and written communication skills
- Ability to travel up to 25%
